Authentication
Secure login sessions that stay active for 30 days. Add two-step verification with an authenticator app for extra protection.
Access Control
Hierarchical role-based access control with 5 permission levels: Owner, Admin, Manager, Coach, and Receptionist. Each role has carefully scoped permissions.
Audit Logging
Every significant action is logged with timestamps, actor identification, and change details. Activity logs are available to space owners for full transparency.
Data Backups
Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery capability. Backups are stored in geographically separate locations for disaster recovery.
Infrastructure
Hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with DDoS protection, firewalls, and network isolation. Regular security patches and updates are applied automatically.
