1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fitbord platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Fitbord on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you selected. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Fitbord only for lawful purposes related to fitness space and business management. You may not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Fitbord, including member information, financial records, and business data. We do not claim ownership over your content. You can export your data at any time.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fitbord is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Fitbord after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
